What this policy covers

This policy covers ahqsports.com only. Our games are covered by their own in-app and store privacy policies, which are linked from each game’s store listing and website.

Information we collect on this website

This site is a static, informational website. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or third-party embeds, and we do not ask you to create an account or fill in any forms here.

Our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) processes technical information such as your IP address and browser user agent as a necessary part of delivering the pages to you and protecting the service from abuse.

If you email us

When you email us at support@ahqsports.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use this only to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation, on the legal basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and supporting our players. We keep support correspondence for up to 24 months and then delete it, unless we need to keep it longer for legal or accounting reasons.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — for example our hosting and email providers — and only as far as is necessary. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where that happens, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
